Aerobics Class is offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's at 8:30am.

Class Fees are $25 per month or $5 Walk-in.

BINGO is offered on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month.

This 45-minute full body workout will sculpt and tone all your muscles using Barre, Pilates principles, and traditional weight training. 

Class is offered on Saturday at 8:30am.

Chair Workout is offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's at 10am.

Class Fee's are $15 per month or $5 Walk-in.

Fitness Fusion Class is offered on Tuesday and Thursday's from 6am - 7am.

Classes are FREE to all Fitness Center Members!

60 Minutes of total body strength training class. Equipment used includes weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. These are used to encourage core and functional movement. Most levels Welcome.

Class is offered on Wednesday at 5pm.

60 Minutes of Circuit Training with Cardio, Strength, and Core Workouts. Using a variety of low/high impact, high intensity exercises. This total body workout works your heart rate and strengthens muscles. Modification available per individual, if needed.

Class is available on Monday at 5pm.

A blend of Martial Arts and Boxing Style Cardio workout to improve endurance and coordination. Most Levels welcome.

Class is offered on Thursdays at 5pm.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternate vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

Pound Classes are offered on Sunday's from 2:30pm - 3:30pm, Tuesday's from 6:30pm - 7:30pm, and every Saturday from 9:30am - 10:30am.

Pound Demonstration

Class consists of Choreographed routine for a great cardio workout. Helps to strengthen heart, improve coordination, and burn calories. Also focuses on Abdominal Development.

Step Aerobics is offered on Tuesday from 5pm - 6pm.

Class Fee's are $30 per month and $5 Walk-in.

Zumba Class is offered Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am - 9:00am.

Class Fee's are $30 per month or $5 Walk-in.

Zumba Classes are FREE to all Fitness Center Members!

Polynesian Dance Class is our Newest Class Addition.

Styles taught will be Hawaiian Hula, Tahitian, Tongan, and Samoan. 

Have fun Dancing and Working Out at the same time! 

Classes are held on Wednesday Morning's at 9:30am and Saturday Morning's at 10:00am.

Classes are included in Fitness Center Memberships. Non-Members can pay $5 for the day or $30 per month.
